JPA is committed to a transparent and fair refund policy. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Handling Fee | Minimum €10, maximum 20% of the service fee, if the refund reason is not caused by JPA. |
Third-Party Costs | Application fees, declaration fees, translation fees, etc., will be deducted before processing the refund. |
